Terms for personal episodes

These terms apply when you buy a personal episode. The free episodes, games and activity sheets need no account and no purchase.

Who you are buying from

Personal episodes are sold by Instalacarte LLP, registered in England and Wales, company no. OC430740, registered office: 32 Kinburn Street, London, England, SE16 6DW. Cala Luna is made by Oleksandr Prykhodko, trading as Little Lynx Studios. Contact us at hello@calalunakids.com.

Who can buy

Parents and carers aged 18 or over who live in the United States or the United Kingdom.

What you get

A short animated Cala Luna episode, about two minutes long, in which the hero is drawn from your description of your child and faces the moment you describe, plus a one-page parent guide. The hero is a cartoon in the Cala Luna style, not a likeness or a photograph of your child.

Price and payment

$12.99 (US dollars) per episode, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription. If you pay in another currency, your bank may convert the amount.

Delivery

We email your episode within 24 hours of payment. If something we need is unclear, we'll email you first, and the 24 hours start again once we have your answer.

If it isn't right

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you in full.

Your right to cancel (UK customers)

Because the episode is made to your description and you ask us to start straight away, you lose the right to cancel once it has been delivered. Before delivery you can cancel for a full refund by emailing us. Our fix-or-refund promise applies either way, and nothing here affects your legal rights.

Requests we can't make

We may decline an order and refund it in full if the request isn't safe or suitable for a children's cartoon.

Not therapy

Personal episodes are preparation stories for families. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we can't promise how any one child will respond.

Using your episode

Your episode is for your family's personal use. You're welcome to share it with your child's teacher, therapist or relatives. Please don't sell it or publish it commercially. We will never publish your child's episode or use it in our marketing without your written permission.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. We may update these terms; the version shown when you ordered applies to your order.
